@James Parmenter I would use any of the notices as a guide and just put 'Notice' as the title if you wish and then fill it in as you want. e.g. As per my last communication (date and postal reference number) a copy is included in this Notice for your reference, NAME AND COMPANY have filed to respond in the 30 days therefore tacit agreement has now been taken as silence means agreement etc. Or there is a Notice of dishonour or a Notice of Default in skool you can work from. Go to classroom tab - put the word in the search at the top and find the one you want to work off - make it your own.
Using the office of executor with effect
So I have used the office of executor twice now, once for a FOI with a response for LED lighting where they have both wrote back to Office of executor and a second letter where they wrote back to Ryan R./Executor. This I haven’t had a response but I have also not had a visit, this was a response sent the next day for unpaid council tax to the enforcement company any thoughts welcome including what I could have done better?

@Ryan Paul On the face of it, you have a lot correct Ryan from what I can see and know - well done! Good stuff: General Post Office is a strong position, it is only 2 pages long and that is enough, postal mechanics done, easy to read, a lot of people I recall in the past mixed the living with the office and put a thumb print - you have not - well done! 👍 There is more good stuff but let's move on: 💃 I have been studying a bit from David Clarence (Thanks to Charlotte Hermitt El) on the Executor Office and these are my thoughts thus far; You might not like number 1 👀 1. It should be Executor Office not Office of the Executor, my thinking and learning: 'of' means 'without' (saying that, if you put the Dictionary used as Oxford English, this would fix that in my mind) 2. Stay in Peace - no charges/threats from your side as this puts you in commerce - their game - you and the office are above that and no-one has been able to get these fees from the EO standing! 3. The Executor Office proclamation needs to be notarised = formal witness, with you as another and the postal service via postal mechanics as the 3rd (the bible says you only need 2 witnesses, giving you an extra one = more power) 4. Your Notice went to a PO Box - try and find the actual address - never use a non manned/non commercial/non contracting address 5. State who you is, in your communication, refers to: i.e. Lorraine Smith (you/your) 6. State which dictionary is being used in your communication 7. State the EO intentions e.g. Peaceful and Non-combative 8. I am now sending legal Notices to the Highest Legal Person in the company so the Head of the legal department (find their name or call and get it, don't give your info), as this notice may go to a secretary/PA and then they just pass it to customer relations, not the legal people, wasting your time with another babble letter they are told to send. 9. Also, did you send the Notice as is, with the different fonts for the names? 10. Finally - use Blue ink not black - David Clarence, Realme of England, Sov Project all say this as Black is their realme.
What size stamp for a personal seal/office seal?
Hi all, I'm in the process of getting my stamps done. I'm trying to find out what size stamp is best for a personal seal/seal of office. I'm thinking below 40mm is too small, above 60mm is too big (maybe above 50mm is too big?) but I don't know if there's a right size. Does anyone know? Has anyone here already got their stamps sorted? If so, what size stamp did you get?

I have the 40mm Matthew.
GDPR is not what you thought it was
This is really interesting Now I know why they created the whole legislation around GDPR, to make it look like they were protecting our rights to ownership of our own data. It was all about control! https://www.tiktok.com/@truthforged/video/7650908715947740438?block_tid=main&click_source=video_image_0&gd_label=edm_subscribe&lang=en&language=en&layout_id=7568095491880244235&msg_id=7651553752398615585&ug_source=post.email

@Gary Elvins I agree with Annelise. The GDPR is great to get them doing more work and hopefully losing profit, but we know who eventually pays - us. A Notice with full and complete Disclosure. Remember that 'of' means without Also on this, I am moving to legal size paper for everything as A4 is commercial paper and again, is in their realm.
🚨Reminder: You keep the Originals!
Hi all, for those not sure or new to the paperwork. You always keep the original notices you send out. So once signed/autographed and finished, you scan it, print it, and send the certified copy and file the original. What I do is: Save the scan in Canva, including the envelope, Then add the paid receipt And the proof they received it a few days later - so they are all on one document/file, then download and save on a separate hard drive with the postage number as the reference number, should I need to find it. A copy of a document has less power in the court, and if all they can produce are copies, this is more power to you! NOTE: You should always be able to stand by and defend every word on your paperwork (standing in honour in a court). 👍💜

@Simon David I have a stamp, but you can write it on and sign it and date it.

@Helen Reade It can take a few trys to get into the process fully - fear not!
