🎯 Goal of Day 3
Turn everything in your head into a simple 9-step journey (in 3 stages) that takes your avatar from stuck → clear → transformed.
This roadmap becomes the backbone of your Skool community:
- Your modules + lessons
- Your lead magnets + workshops
- Your content engine
- Your delivery system
No more “winging it.” After today you have a real product path.
🧠 How Day 3 Works
1️⃣ Watch the Day 3 replay in the classroom.
2️⃣ Open the Skool Launch Coach Bot.
3️⃣ Type: Start Day 3.
4️⃣ Answer each question in your own words (one at a time):
- Where is your avatar starting from right now?
- What’s the first thing they MUST learn?
- What skills do they need to build next?
- What systems do they need to install?
- What is the final transformation/finish line?
5️⃣ Let the bot turn this into:
- A 9-step roadmap (split into 3 stages)
- A clear headline for your roadmap
- Lead magnet ideas
- Content + workshop topics you can use inside Skool
Imperfect is fine. Clarity beats clever every time.

⚠️ Important
Don’t try to make it “perfect.”You can rename steps, tweak wording, and polish visuals later (that’s what Day 4 / Brand + design is for).
