Hey Community, it’s a step to put this out freely, but I wanted to share it :)
I’m in the midst of CycleBreaking and I’m experiencing all the trauma frequencies like feeling Shame, guilt, Fear and a lack of Self esteem. All passed down in my family. I’m at the point that I feel those frequencies intensively, like really try to hit on me, but im absolutely aware of it and able to observe it. But this day was hard an very intense in this frequencies and feelings, cried a lot and try to holding myself up to love, patience and honouring myself for this process.
Just wanted to share this, maybe get some inspiration or how you do experience those processes for yourself and what’s your tools ❤️😊
