Nervous System Fitness!!
Iโ€™m bringing a new live class to Nervous System Bestie! Many of us know what we are supposed to do to regulate ourselves, but the body can still feel tense, restless, disconnected or internally braced. That is why I am creating a different kind of class. Nervous System Reset is a gentle somatic practice class using self-touch, rhythmic compression, body mapping and subtle developmental movements to help your body experience greater contact, organization and stability. Think of it as a practice class for your nervous system! There is no pressure to perform, no need to be flexible and no expectation that you force yourself to relax. You can participate seated, or on the floor and adapt every practice to suit your needs. For this first pilot, we will meet and explore: ๐ŸซถSession 1 โ€” Bonding Reset ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธSession 2 โ€” Mapping the Body ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธSession 3 โ€” Connecting to Center ๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธSession 4 โ€” Stability Integration This pilot is for Nervous System Bestie members. I am asking participants to attend as consistently as possible and provide a small amount of feedback so I can shape this into a class that genuinely supports people.๐Ÿ™Œ Please check the calendar for the classes. (If you miss one, you can catch the recording and it will be in the COURSES under NERVOUS SYSTEM FITNESS CLASSES. If you need the link to join please DM me but it should also be in the CALENDAR. Wear comfortable clothes, find space to move, a blanket/mat, water and journal. Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.
