This is a structured community focused on understanding and regulating the nervous system during life transitions. Relationship changes, especially separation and divorce, often activate survival responses in the body. Anxiety. Emotional swings. Overthinking. Shutdown. Identity confusion. These are nervous system responses, and the body and brain can change, but it needs to feel safe. Magda started working with me and also went through a turbulent break up, she is using my #1 tool religiously and finding tremendous personal progress... she is here to share, hoping to encourage others to take the same path.
