This course is here to help you understand why boundaries are not just something you say. They are something your nervous system has to feel.
Many people try to build boundaries through scripts, mindset, affirmations, or communication tools. Those can be helpful, but they often miss the deeper layer. We are going to explore how your body map, nervous system, touch, pressure, safety, and self-awareness all connect to boundaries, confidence, and emotional maturity.
