Re-organization began
If you visit the classroom tab now, you'll notice it looks a bit different. The paint-making course is all under one tile, and all of you should be able to access it. If you have any trouble, let me know and I'll add you back to it again. You'll also see the next two future classes I'm planning once I'm finished with the paint-making class materials.

Renovating a bit
Y'all might notice some things changing around. Most of this work will be behind the scenes and not visible until I've got it all set up. I'm moving all of the paint-making lessons into one course with chapters (not sure how to phrase that, but you'll see & understand when I'm finished, lol). I've been thinking of how to move forward once I'm finished with the paint-making tutorials and thought I'd add more courses to share how to make other kinds of art with nature - things I've made and loved over the years besides the paint. These will all be separate tutorials with their own $35 price tags. Think Fairy Swing Mushrooms (Sculpy clay and found botanicals), Fairy Houses, Forest Folk (twigs, acorns, botanicals), Cleaning & Using Native Clay (for sculpting), making Driftwood palettes for your handmade watercolor paints (included in the paint-making class) ... Anyway, the next video for the Paint-Making course will be uploaded possibly some time this weekend while we're snowed in. I'm not going to start adding the new craft courses until I'm finished with the Paint-Making one entirely. If you're in the snow storm zone, stay warm and safe!

Detour from my usual plans
Here's a glimpse of the ice sculpture that was waiting for us to discover this morning while working on our busted water lines. They sure make it easy to see where the leak is! Our water froze the other day and it wasn't warm enough to try to deal with the aftermath from that until today. So, I'm behind on the next video showing what I do with the mortar & pestle. Tomorrow is work-at-the-office day, so by this weekend I'll try to get the next part uploaded. If any of y'all are in the path of the winter storm coming in, stay warm and dry! We're expecting a good snow. Update: well, I had posted this little clip on Instagram and it got over 1k views pretty quickly. A news agency contacted me to ask for licensing rights to it, and I agreed, so now I have to add this to my posts anywhere it's online: Disclaimer: This content is exclusively managed by Caters News. Next video tutorial
I'm not sure I'll get a chance to put the scheduled video up Wednesday morning, so I'm uploading it in a few minutes. Tomorrow is a day full of getting ready for winter weather this weekend - our water froze yesterday and the line is broken on the mountain, so we'll be working on that, and then moving firewood closer to the house. It's going to be a cold and possibly snowy end of the week out here at Wild Ozark. Y'all stay warm, and look for the northern lights tonight! They may be visible farther south than usual.
Would love to meet more of you.
Y'all missed a really great Zoom call today. Hope to meet a few more of you next week. Allyssa:)
