Pansies!
My sister and I were out today, and just happened to come across a little garden shop. The pansies smelled so beautiful. I've never experienced that before. Must be super-duper organically grown. I'm looking forward to planting them 🌱.

I’m not lost just swamped
I hope everyone is enjoying the spring weather lately. I’m working on some real estate videos, helping to stain/seal wood for our upcoming greenhouse and running the roads for work these days. Things should slow down by end of week and I’ll be back!
Loving the spring weather today 🌷🌷🌷.
I went for a little evening walk. The hills are so beautiful when there's a layer of green. Don't see that very often. It was perfect walking weather.

Native Honeysuckles
Trumpet Honeysuckle (Lonicera sempervirens) and Yellow Honeysuckle (Lonicera flava) are two species of native honeysuckles that grow here. They aren't invasive and won't choke out trees or other flora. Unfortunately, they don't have a scent but the bees and hummingbirds still love them. Both of these are blooming now.

Another thin layer
I added a thin yellow layer to my owl painting. If you're interested in the thinking that goes on behind a painting (or at least the thinking *I'm* doing while making one, lol), I have a blog post. It also gives the color sources I used: https://www.wildozark.com/essence-of-sunlight/
