May is Mental Health Awareness Month. And I think that's worth pausing on.
So much of what we do here - eating well, moving our bodies, getting enough sleep, slowing down - isn't just about physical health. It's about how we feel. Our mood, our energy, our ability to show up for the people we love.
I didn't post this at the start of the month and I want to be honest about that. Life got busy. But that's exactly why we do this. May is only one week in. There's still time to pick one thing and commit to it out loud.
If you want the rest of this month to feel different, say it here. Declare it. There's something genuinely powerful about putting your intention into words in front of people who get it.

• No phone for the first 30 minutes of your morning
• In bed with lights out by 10:30pm on weeknights
• Cook one new plant-based recipe each week
• Eat a screen-free lunch at least 4 days a week
