I don’t think enough people talk about how weird this seasonal shift can feel. One week it’s 40 degrees and frost. The next it’s 85 and feels like Summer showed up overnight. 🌱 How is the body supposed to adjust to that? 👀 Longer days. Changing schedules. More sunlight. Built for Busy: High-Protein Smoothie Made 2 in 5 minutes—one for me, one for my son. ~35g protein per smoothie~ 8oz of milk of choice 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp Chia Seed 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries 1 Small Organic Banana Split into two blender cups. Top off with water, until it's just right. Simple. Repeatable. Done Right.
