Quick real-life nutrition talk this morning 👇 I tried the new Level-1 Gooey Butter Cake flavor today and realized something important: My body just doesn’t tolerate heavier whey blends the way it used to. For the past couple years, I’ve personally stuck with Phormula-1 isolate instead of Level-1 because: ✔️ it digests faster ✔️ it feels lighter on my stomach ✔️ it works better with slower digestion ✔️ and honestly… super sweet “dessert” flavors just don’t sit well with me anymore That doesn’t mean Level-1 is a bad product at all — it’s just designed differently. Simple is better. 👊 I keep several things in my freezer all the time: Chicken Breasts Ham Slices Bacon Pork Roast Ground Beef (1lb pre-packs) Mixed Veggies Strawberries Pineapple Chunks I keep several staples in my pantry all the time: Black Beans Diced Tomatoes Corn Green Beans Rice Chicken and Beef stock Protein Pasta Bone Broth Organic Oatmeal My Fridge normally has a few items also: 1 Dozen Eggs Egg Whites Carton Shredded Cheese Plain Greek Yogurt Nonfat Cottage Cheese Ultra Filtered milk 1 lb pack of ground beef Butter Sticks Pickles 🤣 We will just ignore the 6 cans of beer that have been in the back for a year🤣 Does Anyone Know if These are still good? 🌱 I heard if you pour them in your garden, it makes your plants happy 🍺

What the hell is happening?
I don’t think enough people talk about how weird this seasonal shift can feel. One week it’s 40 degrees and frost. The next it’s 85 and feels like Summer showed up overnight. 🌱 How is the body supposed to adjust to that? 👀 Longer days. Changing schedules. More sunlight.
