What the hell is happening?
I don’t think enough people talk about how weird this seasonal shift can feel.
One week it’s 40 degrees and frost.
The next it’s 85 and feels like Summer showed up overnight. 🌱
How is the body supposed to adjust to that? 👀
Longer days.
Changing schedules.
More sunlight.
Trying to get back outside again - because it's been way too long.
Feels almost like an awakening after being stuck in survival mode all Winter.
But honestly?
New growth takes energy too.
