Built for Busy: High-Protein Smoothie
Made 2 in 5 minutes—one for me, one for my son.
~35g protein per smoothie~
8oz of milk of choice
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Small Organic Banana
Split into two blender cups.
Top off with water, until it's just right.
