Goal Setting Workshop - 2026! is happening in 6 days
Replay from 12/11 call + weekend plans
Replay from tonight’s call is now available. 😎🔥 I realized afterward that the setting for recording gallery view with the shared screen was not activated. Learning experience, and it’s already fixed for next time. I uploaded the gallery version for you to watch, as it is much better to see everyone together rather than just one person speaking. The shared screen version covers Skool’s main community, affiliates, calendar, tiers, map and the about page. Just a tutorial, pretty much, and some updates. If you want the shared screen version as well, just let me know, and I will send it to you. Thanks @Simon Schörkhuber @Josie Ngoumou @Mishell Barbaran @Massimiliano Biancardi your energy, participation, and stories made the call powerful. If you could not make it, no worries at all. You can watch the replay whenever it fits your schedule. And feel free to answer any of the questions we asked during the call or share any thoughts or feedback you have. We are always open to hearing from you and improving together. Next Wednesday is our Goal Setting Workshop, and I am excited to see you there. Invite anyone in your life who could benefit from it. Let’s have a phenomenal Friday and an even better weekend. BY THE WAY 👉🏽 Any plans for the weekend? I am going to my first Skool meeting in person here in New Jersey. Excited to connect with local people who are building communities. And of course, keep working to make this community better for you, as well as rest with intention and enjoy quality time with my fiancée. Let’s keep building.

Monday Inspiration* 12/08
Let's change motivation to inspiration. Motivation comes and goes, but inspiration stays with you no matter the obstacles. Unfortunately, most people settle for good. Good is comfortable, predictable, and easy to maintain. But great is different. Great asks more of you. Great asks for patience, discipline, repetition, sacrifice, and a bigger reason to show up. Good is doing enough for yourself. Great is doing more because someone else is counting on you. When I look at the moments in my life where I grew the most, it was never because I wanted to impress myself. It was because I didn’t want to let others down. Family. Friends. A team. A community. People who believed in me before I believed in myself. Can you relate to it? So today, this week, this month, in your life... don’t just be good. BE GREAT, not just for you, but for the people who will become better because you decided to grow. Do you agree? Let's have a fantastic week 😎
2026 is right around the corner 👀
Hey team! Quick update. Starting next week, we’ll have a weekly community call every Wednesday at 7 pm. If you want to join, learn together, ask questions, or get around people who want to win, you’re invited. I'll definitely record and post it so you can watch it afterward. I'll update the topic as the week goes on. Now let’s talk about 2026. We are getting close. Only a few weeks left in the year, and this is the perfect moment to get clear on what we want these next 12 months to look like across the 8 key areas of life: 👉🏽 Health / Mindset / Relationships / Career / Finances / Lifestyle / Contribution / Spiritual and emotional well-being Here’s my personal challenge to you: Could you write one goal, or a few, that you want to accomplish by January 1st? Something tangible that we can hold each other accountable for and come back to in January to measure together. For me, especially looking at quadrants one and two of my business-building, here’s what I want to accomplish by January 1st. Add at least 5 more classrooms, launch a new course, automate the business further, start email marketing, sign 2 new coaching clients, and make sure my current clients are happier, stronger, and better than they are today. And continue being grateful and the best fiancée for my soon to be wife :) What about you? Drop yours below ⬇️ I would love to come back to this post in January and look at what we’ve done together.

Focus Drives Improvement
❗️Key Takeaway below Today I had to give a short presentation at university. It was just a quick talk, but it still added another challenge to my already packed schedule. My entire weekend was basically taken up by a course I am currently doing, which cost me around 20–24 hours and made it hard to find enough time to prepare properly. I wrote out a full script because I wanted to present without cue cards and learn everything by heart. However, I quickly realized I did not have enough time for that, so yesterday afternoon I started thinking about how to use the remaining time as efficiently as possible. With strong focus and one good idea, I found a solution. I printed out my script and highlighted the most important keywords. Then I simulated my part of the presentation while reading from the text. After that, I wrote down only the keywords and did another run-through using just those. I repeated this process again and again until I reached a point where I thought: “This is good. I’ll be able to present this tomorrow.” This morning I got up early and went through my part three more times. Then it was time. I stepped in front of the (small) audience and delivered my section. I barely had to use the cards in my hand and still managed to say all the important things I wanted to share. I am genuinely happy with how it turned out and that I managed to pull it off with so little time available. Pure focus and the will to do it properly🚀 That's one part of my "1% personal growth for the last days"🙌 ________________________________ Key Learning: If you really want to do/achieve something you'll find a way regardless. Just set yourself a goal and start working towards it. You'll figure out the rest along the way.
🦃 Happy Thanksgiving!
To everyone in the States celebrating today, Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you get to enjoy time with the people you love and take a moment to slow down. Days like this always remind me how powerful gratitude really is, and honestly, I think it’s something we should practice way more than once a year. I want you all to know I’m grateful for this community every single day. I might not say it daily, but it’s something I feel every time I see the way you show up, support each other, and keep growing together. Watching this group come together the way it has is something I’m truly proud of. Time for the fun part. Let’s talk about gratitude. What’s one big thing you’re grateful for today? For me personally, it’s meeting people who share the same mindset and drive. I know one day we’re all going to look back and remember the beginning of this whole journey. And I’m grateful to wake up every day and enjoy how beautiful life is. What about you?
🦃 Happy Thanksgiving!
