Leaders in Progress — A Gratitude Post 🌱🚀
Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate a few leaders I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside recently. Different industries. Different countries. Completely different seasons of life. (that's the most exciting part) But one thing in common: a real commitment to growth. @Massimiliano Biancardi: At the end of last year, Massi left his previous industry completely. That meant a full transition, a new apartment, a new environment, a new career, and a new identity. Most people step back during that kind of change. He stepped into high-level TV network sales with a steep learning curve and stayed persistent. Stayed coachable. Stayed hungry. He has already closed five/six high-ticket deals (5–6 figures). But what stands out most is his student mentality. He intentionally puts himself around people better than him and absorbs everything they have to offer. What a great mindset to have! @Felipe Garcia Friedrich: Felipe and I have known each other for 30 years (yes… we’re obviously only 21 👀). Over the last decade, he has built and scaled his business in Brazil and today leads 30 employees across 3 locations. That’s real responsibility. Lately, our focus has been on leadership maturity, having hard conversations, creating structure, clarifying expectations, building accountability systems, and separating emotion from decision-making. Felipe is disciplined in every area of life. Triathlons. Boxing. Business. Leadership. He shows up whether he feels like it or not. @Joshua Kaandorp: When we first connected, Josh was in an up-and-down phase in his sales leadership career. Small team. About 2–3k per week in production. Fast forward 4–5 months, and the team is now 10 people strong, consistently producing 10k+ per week and over half a million dollars in sales volume per year. But what impressed me most wasn’t the revenue. It was his ability to take feedback without ego and execute immediately (I promise you I wasn't an easy coach, you can ask him 😂). That’s leadership.
