Focus Drives Improvement
❗️Key Takeaway below Today I had to give a short presentation at university. It was just a quick talk, but it still added another challenge to my already packed schedule. My entire weekend was basically taken up by a course I am currently doing, which cost me around 20–24 hours and made it hard to find enough time to prepare properly. I wrote out a full script because I wanted to present without cue cards and learn everything by heart. However, I quickly realized I did not have enough time for that, so yesterday afternoon I started thinking about how to use the remaining time as efficiently as possible. With strong focus and one good idea, I found a solution. I printed out my script and highlighted the most important keywords. Then I simulated my part of the presentation while reading from the text. After that, I wrote down only the keywords and did another run-through using just those. I repeated this process again and again until I reached a point where I thought: “This is good. I’ll be able to present this tomorrow.” This morning I got up early and went through my part three more times. Then it was time. I stepped in front of the (small) audience and delivered my section. I barely had to use the cards in my hand and still managed to say all the important things I wanted to share. I am genuinely happy with how it turned out and that I managed to pull it off with so little time available. Pure focus and the will to do it properly🚀 That's one part of my "1% personal growth for the last days"🙌 ________________________________ Key Learning: If you really want to do/achieve something you'll find a way regardless. Just set yourself a goal and start working towards it. You'll figure out the rest along the way.

Love this @Simon Schörkhuber and thanks for sharing. 🫶 I often tell people that any amount of movement is progress. So many people believe that the results have to be exceptional and obvious, when it can be the smallest of margins that move the needle. Just look at Nasa right now, moving the Artemis rocket at less than 1mph. Even though you cant see it, the process is in full swing, every process and goal considered down to the smallest margins, but always ensuring a result with the best possible outcome. Congrats on such a huge win.. 👏

2026 is right around the corner 👀
Hey team! Quick update. Starting next week, we’ll have a weekly community call every Wednesday at 7 pm. If you want to join, learn together, ask questions, or get around people who want to win, you’re invited. I'll definitely record and post it so you can watch it afterward. I'll update the topic as the week goes on. Now let’s talk about 2026. We are getting close. Only a few weeks left in the year, and this is the perfect moment to get clear on what we want these next 12 months to look like across the 8 key areas of life: 👉🏽 Health / Mindset / Relationships / Career / Finances / Lifestyle / Contribution / Spiritual and emotional well-being Here’s my personal challenge to you: Could you write one goal, or a few, that you want to accomplish by January 1st? Something tangible that we can hold each other accountable for and come back to in January to measure together. For me, especially looking at quadrants one and two of my business-building, here’s what I want to accomplish by January 1st. Add at least 5 more classrooms, launch a new course, automate the business further, start email marketing, sign 2 new coaching clients, and make sure my current clients are happier, stronger, and better than they are today. And continue being grateful and the best fiancée for my soon to be wife :) What about you? Drop yours below ⬇️ I would love to come back to this post in January and look at what we’ve done together.

I've just seen this, and can't wait to join in @Bruno Militz if it's still in full swing. 👍🔥
Celebrate Your Wins 🎉😎
Happy Sunday everyone, I wanted to create this thread to help our group truly go from a group to a community. I am so grateful that some of you are already taking time out of your day to share your thoughts and see the value in being here. We need to keep creating and inviting more people into this space. More people deserve to be in an environment like this where they can learn, grow, celebrate progress, and feel supported. I would love if every single one of you shared your wins weekly every Sunday or whenever you feel like it. Once a week, twice, or whenever something great happens. Sharing wins reminds us we are heading in the right direction and it inspires everyone around us. To kick things off, here is a huge win from my week. I got to record my first ever course 🎥The 6 Week Time Mastery program is launching soon, and it feels wild to think I left a 7 year career to build my own brand and wake up every day doing what I love. Thanks to @Alikhan Serikbolov for your partnership! It has been such a powerful experience being in front of the camera, learning nonstop, and building a business from scratch again. Living with a dream every day, that is what this is all about. I hope you see a lot of value in the content that is coming because I poured years of vision and effort into it. Now it is your turn. What is a win from your week, month, or even today that you are proud of? Drop it below ⬇️ Thank you all for the support. As you can see, the community is getting some updates with the new About section, photos, and description (Go check it out 👀). Let me know if any feedback. Happy Sunday, family. Let’s get it 💪

I'm jumping on this as a big win for me is finding @Bruno Militz & this community. It's really helped to recharge my focus, and drive my intentions forward as well as find a community of individuals who all have an inert desire to improve, and succeed. Oh, and I just got booked for my first webinar, to present to a board of directors about my real world business.

Curious what everyone defaults to… Feel free to explain the why behind it 😂 It’s funny how a few emojis can say a lot about how we think, communicate, and even how we show up. Drop yours below 👇🏽 Also, quick reminder, our 2nd Accountability Call is next Saturday as we wrap up Q1.

@Bruno Militz the fire comes from me, my ignition and desire to really fire things up in the future, the other is simply everything else, when you think things are going to plan, and then other peoples actions just make you go.. 🤦🏻‍♂️
🎥 Communication & Difficult Conversations Series 1/10
I know we've been waiting for this for soooooooooooo long, so here we go 😎 Quick note before we start, these videos are simple, no crazy edits or anything like that. So I created a cheat sheet for you to follow along (attached below). It has the main points, a quick summary of the lesson, and space for you to take notes as you go. Video 1 of 10 — Internal Dialogue Let’s start somewhere most people ignore. Before communication with others… there’s communication with yourself. And this is where most problems actually begin. You might recognize this: • You stay quiet even when you have something to say • You overthink what you want to say • You delay conversations you know you should have • You replay situations in your head over and over By the time the conversation happens, your confidence, tone, and energy are already affected. That’s the real problem. It’s not the conversation… It’s the story you're telling yourself before it. In this video, we break that down. We talk about how your internal dialogue shapes everything, and how small shifts can completely change how you show up. Better communication doesn’t start when you speak. It starts with how you think. If you apply this, you’ll start to: • feel clearer going into conversations • stop overthinking as much • show up with more confidence • handle situations more intentionally 💬 Reflection when going into the next conversation, meeting, presentation... What outcome do I want? What story am I telling myself right now? How do I want to handle/communicate this? Think about a conversation you could have this week. What will you do differently based on what you learned here? Share your thoughts in the comments if you'd like.

Love this @Bruno Militz and one of the most difficult, but enlightening conversations that I've had as part of my coaching qualification, is whether I'm listening to reflect, or listening to reply ?. I've realised that we are all eager to support others in times of trouble, but giving someone an answer doesn't mean that it is necessarily THE answer. Thanks so much, and really looking forward to this series.. 👏 And whilst we are one the topic of talking about difficult conversations.. Here if you need to chat.. 😉🤭
