My name is Chris

I'm from San Diego, CA

I own and operate 2 businesses in the automotive advertising industry. I have 3 kids: 26, 19, and 11.

I'm as green as it gets when it comes to property investing, but I was recently inspired by my friend's wife, who has become quite successful in the last 5 years doing fix and flips. My goal is to do 1 deal by the end of the year and do 10 deals within 5 years.
