Hi all, Inspired and feeling empowered to move away from SFH to MF because of this mentorship program. 1st deal review: Montana. 12 units with +1 being a heated storage facility on site. Goal is to 1031 a townhome in Colorado for a MF. But don't want a contigency in the buy-side so am investigating options from the learnings here to buy with partners / creativve financing.
