Week 1 review
Hey all. Small update on week 1 of my Jan to jun challenge (starting Feb). Im getting caught up on the most important terms like DSCR and CoC. And I did a single deal analysis. For week 2 I will be doing more deal analysis. Atleast 1 per day but ideally more. Ill keep yall posted. Till next time!

Deal, Debt…..and stuck at Equity
I have the deal and the debt service but stuck on the equity part on a smaller 8-plex in Fayetteville, NC. Size has been 1 roadblock, but seeking guidance on this step. Many calls have gone out but no success.

May I ask how long you have been in MFS? @Philip Toth shared the path he took the other day. How he was lurking in the back of the Tuesday deal deep dive’s for a while before he buckled down and started presenting deals regularly which led to his awesome success so far.
