As we expand in TX I am sunsetting a bit of my WA state portfolio. This 10 Plex is awesome, renovated, and 90% leased. (we recently had a move out). Historically this building has been easy to lease, it has upside left on the rents but as I work on my 225 unit acquisition in Abilene there 10 units start to make a little less sense for me to focus on from 2000 miles away.
And no my seller financed debt is unfortunately not assumable which means I cannot seller finance it to you. I have debt and am using the proceeds to upgrade my resort.
