I started in June but had some life events that limited my time in this course. I have 16 SFR doors in MO, IN and OK. I am looking to expand into MF. I live in San Diego. I finally did the regular website course, but realized I missed the memo on the Skool course. I am not able to get into the Skool course... it shows them locked. Phil Uncovered a major crack in the wall. Further investigation revealed they built the load bearing wall over an OLD 15ft WELL!!! $150 of Crush Minus Gravel and some rebar and later it will be fixed but if any bodies go missing in Pittsburg... we all know where to look.

Closed on another 12 units today!!! Started MFS 1 year ago with only one small single family house, bought my first 9 unit in March and now this latest acquisition brings the total to 22 doors (soon to be 23 once we finish adding a 10th unit to the 9 unit building). Thank you Christian for your mentorship and friendship. Could not have got here without this great MFS community!

I just closed on my first large multifamily deal, 9 units bringing me to 20 units total. Big thanks to @Christian Osgood for all the help, the mentorship has given me the confidence to take on bigger deals and get out of my comfort zone. I found this deal off market by networking with owners. Currently working on an 8 unit and a 30 unit too! 🇺🇸
