Help

I’ve been on Crexi everyday for the last few weeks. Spoken with a broker at least 3-34x per week. I have underwritten a few deals, albeit poorly, I can’t seem to make the calls with an on-call work schedule and family demands.

I am looking for some extra help to find that first deal or tricks I can use to limit the amount of time I am wasting chasing “all the deals” and actually land something.
