Rick here investing in Lehigh Valley PA . I have been investing in Lehigh Valley for the last eight years and currently own / operate several small multifamily properties , garages and a store front . I’m

actively looking to scale up /acquire something in the 5-15 unit range . My biggest goal in real estate investing is to develop consistent monthly cash flow in the 15-20k / month range, while along the way meeting and helping others in achieving their personal real estate goals as well .
