I'm a little late with Monday's update, but it's the first morning that I have been able to take a breath...phew! I have been drumming in the Botanic Gardens for Mental Health Week, drumming at the MindBodySpirit Festival in Sydney, and drumming back in Canberra for a beautiful session for Women With A Disability ACT, which was a gorgeous afternoon under the trees in Lyneham!

Weekend gathering near Yass - this is now a one-day event on Sunday 30 November, no campout due to my child's school inconveniently deciding to have the Year 10 Formal on the 29th 😆
The day will run from 10am to 3pm at Sue's block near Yass (details will be sent to those who RSVP). A day of sharing food and skills and knowledge. If you would like to attend have a think about what knowledge, skills or teachings you might share (totally optional! You can come and just soak it up)
