I had no voice this morning due to coughing from flu. So I let the drum do the talking.
According to research, playing at 4 beats per second for 10-15 minutes slows the brain waves from beta to alpha and theta meditative state. Theoretically fewer thoughts and more relaxed. Would love to know how you find it.
The drum sounds very different on recording to me though. It resonates a lot more in person. I will bring it to Sue's soiree so those coming can hear it in person.
