Sundays don’t have to be about doing more.
They can be about softening the edges of the week ahead.
Today give yourself a permission slip to slow things down a notch.
Sit for a moment. Clear the mental clutter. Let a few thoughts gently come to the front instead of rattling around your head.
If it helps, make a couple of kind lists:
- What movement might feel good this week (not what you should do)
- A quick glance in the freezer and cupboards to save future you from the daily “what are we eating?” decision fatigue
- One or two small things you’d like to get done so they don’t sit heavy in your mind
None of it has to be perfect. This isn’t about control — it’s about taking the pressure off.
Maybe you get some fresh air.
Maybe you watch that programme you’ve been meaning to catch up on.
Maybe you do absolutely nothing for a bit — and that’s productive too.
Let today be about you being considered.
Plans that support you, not everyone else.
Gentle reset. Clear head. Softer start to the week ahead 🤍
