We're recording a podcast tomorrow mostly focused on the training advancement continuum. In other words, what training systems are best suited for a novice vs intermediate vs advanced athlete. What do we even mean when we say advanced or intermediate? And how should you train based on your goals, time and equipment availability, and where you are in your training age?
