Self Esteem Transformation
Hey everyone - especially our new members who grabbed the Self Esteem Transformation Meditation package: I want to hear your experiences so far. This isn’t about motivation.This isn’t about “feeling inspired.” This is a straight experiment. For the next 7 days: You will listen to the Guided Release once per day. Headphones on. Eyes closed. No multitasking. After each session, you will post in this thread: Day __• What did I feel in my body?• What came up (if anything)?• Did my intensity shift — even 5%? You can also add notes about differences you feel around women in your daily experience. That’s it. No essays. No performance. Just honest reporting. You are training awareness and discharge. What we’re looking for is not fireworks.We’re looking for: • Faster recovery from tension • Less chest tightness when thinking about women • Less overthinking spirals • More neutrality Seven consecutive days. No stacking. No skipping. If you do all 7 days properly and feel absolutely zero shift — even subtle — I’ll 5x your money back. But that only applies if you: 1. Complete all 7 days 2. Post daily in this thread 3. Actually do the meditation fully 4. Share your gains throughout the day to reinforce them. This is a controlled rep cycle.
