Natural selection...
Men who refuse to be consistent — who never actually work on their internal blocks — will most likely never reproduce.
And that's completely okay. Natural selection stops those anti-social, negative emotional patterns from getting passed down to the next generation.
If you've been stuck with women for years, your options are: do the work, accept the loneliness, or settle for less than you know you're worth. That last one is worse than the loneliness, in my opinion.
Guys get one meditation, do it half-assed one time, and expect every woman they've ever dreamt of to show up. Dream on, bro.
Do the work on yourself every fucking day, or give up.
Those are the two doors. Pick one and stop pretending there's a third.
Here's the part you actually need to hear:
You're not special. No one is. And that's the good news, not the bad news.
The most radical transformations I've ever seen didn't come from gifted guys. They came from completely average men who just refused to quit.
Average is not a sentence.
Average is the raw material.
Excellence gets unlocked — it isn't handed out at birth, and it doesn't have an expiration date.
It's not too late.
You're not too far gone.
You just haven't truly started yet.
