Broken Window Theory
By fixing broken windows and removing graffiti in neighborhoods with high crime....
crime was reduced.....
Utilize this theory when turning around parks. Specifically with POHs you can fix and SET THE EXAMPLE for the rest of the community. This was something initially brought to my attention by , then again by , AGAIN by who actually underwrites refurb for TOH when he takes over parks.
It works. Be the change you want to see in the world. I am seeing it in real time at Brighton Court MHP and so is .
