Air Squat: 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Push up: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Alternate between exercises(9 Squat, 1 push up, 8 squat, 2 push up……..)
10 min walk
Push up: 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Air squat: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Reverse the order this time
Cool Down as needed
