On the 25th of March, we will be holding the first of many online workshops. These sessions are designed to help identify and work through the things that are holding us back and stopping us from moving forward. We will put practical tools and boundaries in place to help us better navigate whatever we are going through. Using a CBT framework, we build a strong foundation from the ground up, helping us move away from negative behaviours linked to the past and towards a more positive future, in whatever way we choose to define it. Mindset First, Online Workshop. A brief overview of our upcoming workshop: This session will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, from the comfort and safety of your own home. It’s your opportunity to join me, along with others, as we explore practical tools and techniques to help manage anxiety, break negative thought spirals, and create lasting behavioural change. 🗓 25th March ⏰ 8:00 PM ⏳ 1 hour 30 minutes 💷 £30 per person During the workshop, I’ll share the tools I’ve personally used to change my own life, along with the CBT-based techniques I use within my coaching sessions. My hope is that you’ll be able to apply these tools in your own life in a way that works for you. Not everything works for everyone, but there are many different approaches to creating meaningful change. This session is about finding what fits you. We’ll finish with a live Q&A session, where you can ask questions openly. You’re also welcome to message me in advance with anything you’d like covered, or book a private session if you’d prefer to explore something more personally. When we spiral about the future, about something that hasn’t happened yet. We need to ask ourselves a few questions: Can I change the outcome by spiralling about it now? Am I going to do the thing regardless? Who is going to care about the outcome of the thing? You write these questions down and work through the answers. Depending on what we discover, that then dictates the behaviours we choose around those questions. In time, we can go through this process in our heads within a few minutes and that’s how we begin to control our behaviour. The behaviour then becomes more positive. It takes time. It takes hard work. It takes commitment. But it is doable.
