On the 25th of March, we will be holding the first of many online workshops.
These sessions are designed to help identify and work through the things that are holding us back and stopping us from moving forward.
We will put practical tools and boundaries in place to help us better navigate whatever we are going through.
Using a CBT framework, we build a strong foundation from the ground up, helping us move away from negative behaviours linked to the past and towards a more positive future, in whatever way we choose to define it.
