Return to your heart when you need guidance 🩵
When your mind is loud, your heart is usually quieter, but it’s steady and honest.
There’s real science behind slowing your breath and bringing awareness to your heart. It helps regulate your nervous system, creates more balance in your body, and makes it easier to hear what’s actually true for you.
This is a simple practice I use when I feel stuck or unsure.
Breathe in for 4 Breathe out for 6 Keep your attention on your heart
Then gently ask:
What do you need from me right now?
What do you want me to know right now?
What feels like the right next step?
Don’t force an answer. Just listen.
And when you’re done, take a moment to say thank you.Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Your heart won’t always be loud, but it will be real.
