What it is:
Box Breathing is a simple technique where you breathe in for 4… hold for 4… exhale for 4… hold for 4. Think of it like drawing the sides of a square with your breath. Slow… steady… grounding.
Best times to use it:
  • When your mind won’t stop spiraling
  • Right before a difficult conversation
  • After feeling triggered or overwhelmed
  • To fall asleep faster
  • When anxiety pops up out of nowhere
  • Mid-day reset to come back into your body
