My 2026 objective is to turn the $1M+ Business Plan into the community where founders from $0–$1M+ come to get clear on the business they want to build — and install the systems, structure, and support they need to grow. To do this, my focus this year is on: - Strengthening and growing the community as the foundation of everything (including a central place for key referral partners) - Upleveling my own business model to concentrate on the community + my Integrator-level services (and getting rid of anything that doesn't align) - Hiring 2–3 more key team members so I can fully elevate into my Ideal CEO Role and step out of ALL admin/support tasks - Expanding my social presence on YouTube + Instagram to reach more founders who need this clarity and structure - Why this matters: Because founders at this level deserve a place that doesn’t just exist for motivational purposes, but can actually helps them build the business they’re dreaming about with clarity, systems, and execution.
