I revamped my B2B offers. This week my goal is to validate the two offers by pushing it out to companies and trending the responses. I'll use response rate, positive/negative validation, signups, and revenue to determine if it is successful. I'll also use the feedback to tailor the offer.

Hi Everyone! I'm Phil; currently in Houston, Texas! I'm a dadpreneur, currently raising a 1 year old daughter and building an Operations Systems and fractional COO business. I've spent years in Operations and Leadership at different corporations. Started a raw dog food business, scaled it, then sold it. So I'm currently in second stint of entrepreneurship. I'm looking forward to sharing my experience with fellow entrepreneurs and learning from you all as well. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here!

Where I'd Like to Take This Community
My vision for what I want to build both with this community and with my business is pretty simple. To help other founders avoid all the pitfalls/mistakes I made in my first two businesses. To share with you what I've learned through nearly $100k I've spent on leadership training (but for WAY less). But, I also love learning from others and have a lot of areas that I'm not strong in. So, with that...let me say this: I want to make this an actual community, where we all help each other. My plan and my challenge: - MY PLAN: Re-organize this community to give you EXACTLY what you need at each stage of the entrepreneurial journey (I am committed to doing this by the end of February - now you know and can hold me accountable 😉) and I'll give you the roadmap on when and how to use it - MY CHALLENGE: Share what you know, your own advice, your journey and what you've learned. I believe that learning is best when it's not in the drowning vacuum of one person's voice. (Plus, I started my first business in 2015...so much has changed. Sold the second in 2023 and started this one in 2024. It's been a learning curve, especially on selling and marketing.) My commitment to you is to give you foundational tools to build your $1M+ business and learn how to lead like a CEO. My question is...can you help me? Tell me what works and what doesn't? Share your own stories?

Love the vision! What has worked for me is understanding the foundations and putting systems in place. Initially I went to school for biology, it breaks down bigger systems into components and breaks those things down to its fundamental building blocks. That’s part of my approach to business. Break the issues down, build systems. One example is revenue systems. A lot of business owners struggle with getting consistent revenue due to clarity, repeatable routines that actually drive revenue. So I created a system that eliminates the guesswork, provides clarity on what to focus on to drive revenue and reach business goals.
