Second 12 month lease
A little crazy… but just locked another 12 mo. lease on another home. Solid tenant profile, it's low risk, and strong long term stability.
Dominique once told me, “Keep your listings open, if someone comes in, you can direct them to the vacant home".
You only have to tell me that once… that’s exactly what happened here.
Deals like this and being part of this group and the people I’ve met, are what give me the confidence to keep adding.
Being here has shortened my learning curve significantly. I been here 5 months… on my own, this would’ve taken me 2 years or more to figure out and probably with big losses.
