Got our first booking for our new IMTR in Hurst,TX. 18 days to start. Local family doing a home remodel. 3 Adults, 3 dogs all have up to date care records. Rate is $7,500/month. Our other property was submitted to insurance yesterday as well. Even the small wins are great!!

Just went live on Airbnb and got booking with in hours! I’d imagine insurance companies are looking for a track record on other websites when selecting a property for IMTR’s?
