Hey Team! We are on a mission! I have been busy getting the first steps started to changing state law (starting here in Texas!), and then my goal is go nation-wide, one state at a time! We, and I know many of you, have encountered problems with HOA‘s and other city statutes in areas where you either have or would like to have an IMTR property. We are proposing a change to those laws in order to prevent state/municipal/HOA, etc. laws from prohibiting IMTR‘s even in zones where there are existing minimum rental restrictions and regulations. Just signed my first ever 3 months insurance relocation lease! The family loved the house so much they called the agency to sign before the tour was even over! LOL! Exciting stuff! Look forward to learning more about MTR's!
