We had three days before our three month booking. Didn’t think anyone would want to rent it for a short time during the week so just left it open. But I was wrong have booked for the next two days!

Had to share!! For all things pen/ ink/ permanent marker… use MICELLAR WATER!!!! My mind was BLOWN how good this worked taking blue ink out of white carpet! Simply squirt the water on the area and BLOT out with a clean towel… keep rotating the towel to different parts so that you’re never using the ink saturated section twice. Voila!!!

I’m reading that the county requires businesses within the city to have a business license and short-term rentals to have a business license. Do we need that since we’re not technically a short-term rental?
