For those who are insured by Proper Insurance, how do you address what I received from the agent below:

Corporate rentals do not align with our underwriting guidelines, and the underwriter will decline your application to bind insurance if the property is being rented to a corporate entity. You can rent the property to an individual that is displaced from their own home, but the underwriter does not allow for a corporate entity to rent the home on behalf of a displaced person(s). Properties must be rented to an individual to be in compliance with our underwriting guidelines.
