Unsupported account error when creating a Fabric capacity

I'm using my personal account within Azure and when I try to create a new Fabric capacity I get this error: Unsupported account - You cannot create a Microsoft capacity using a personal account. Use your organizational account instead.

How can I access Fabric as an individual user? Or do I need to register as a company? What is the recommended way to get started with Fabric as an individual?
