Logging a support ticket with Microsoft
Had a member asking how to raise a support ticket with Microsoft about Microsoft Fabric and I thought it might be useful for others too.
If you find a bug, or you think the system is not behaving correctly, or your billing/ capacity usage doesn't look right, you should log a support ticket.
To do that:
  1. Go to this link to take you to the Help and Support section of the Fabric Admin Portal (you may need to be a Tenant Admin to access this, if you are not then get your admin to raise the ticket).
  2. Click on New Support Request
  3. Fill in the Product and the brief description of the probem.
  4. Navigate to the Support tab, select your support plan, fill out the details of the Support Ticket and submit.
