Fabric / Power BI monitoring

Hello!

Apart from the "Feature and Usage adaption" Power BI report that comes as a part of the "Fabric Capacity Metrics" App, is there any other way to monitor the usage of Fabric workspaces in the tenant? The above PBI report does not have a straightforward view to see the workspaces with a count of items inside it (of each type).

Moreover, we would like to see whether users are sharing content from their "My Workspaces" (so that we can create them dedicated workspaces). Are there ready-made reports for this? If not, where can we get data to create a custom one?
