Disable sharing with specific people via links, disable re-share?

What I want to achieve: Prevent users from sharing reports with other users through generated links.

Description:

In order to manage permissions an in orderly manner, we are thinking of granting "viewer role" to specific user groups and users on specific Power BI reports.

We want to disable users generating links that give access to specific people, and also disable the ability to create links that gives "re-share" permission.

I have marked what needs to be disabled in red crosses on the attached screenshot.

Is it possible?

The tenant admin portal only allows disabling

"Allow shareable links to grant access to everyone in your organization-

-->Disabled for the entire organization"

which disabled the top option, but didn't disable the 3rd option and the re-sharing
