💎 Shift your identity
Today, I wrote the script for a new video about how shifting your identity can lead to lasting weight loss success. The key is to start seeing yourself as a healthy person. When that becomes part of your identity, making healthier choices feels more natural—and much easier. The way to create that shift? Consistent repetition and small pieces of evidence that reinforce the person you're becoming. I'm curious... How do you see and identify yourself?

💎 Why losing weight eating plant-based feels hard…
I posted this picture on my socials today and felt it was too important not to share here as well… Many people focus only on step 2—the perfect meal plan or workout routine—while overlooking the most important piece of the puzzle: your mindset. You can have the perfect nutrition and training plan, but if you don’t know how to handle setbacks, manage your emotions, overcome negative thoughts, and stay consistent, the results won’t last. That’s exactly why we spend the first 4 weeks after the challenge focusing on building a strong mindset foundation. So don’t skip this part. It’s not just important—it’s the key to creating lasting change.

💎 Why losing weight eating plant-based feels hard…
Today was one of those days...
I planned on doing a lot today. My to-do list was a mile long, and there was no way I was going to finish it by the end of the day. Life simply got in the way. We are looking after my girlfriend’s dog, who just had surgery and needs constant attention. On top of that, my brother needed urgent help repairing something at my mother’s house. Honestly? I also just wasn’t in the right headspace. I felt completely overwhelmed, the kind of feeling that creeps up on me every other month. Do I feel guilty for missing my goals today? Yes. Do I know this was an exception and won't happen again anytime soon? Yes. Am I already planning for the next time it does happen? Absolutely. Next time, I know I need to step outside, get some exercise, and clear some room in my head. Slip-ups happen. They happen in daily productivity, and they happen on your weight loss journey. The real question is: how do you react? Do you beat yourself up? Or do you accept it, analyze the situation, and plan for next time? You decide.

Prioritize your goals in the morning...
If you don't prioritize your goals, your day will get in the way... That's why I'm such a firm believer in getting the most important things done in the morning. This can be: • 💪 Working out • 🥑 Meal prepping • 💼 Deep work Because when you get it done in the morning, you don't have to think about it anymore and life can't come in between. So, I would really recommend waking up 30 minutes to an hour earlier and just getting things done. Are you a morning person? 👇
