Ingredients
50g edamame
50g yellow split peas
50g cucumber
50g red peppers
50g corn
50g whole wheat noodles
2 tbsp soy yogurt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
0.5 dl veggie broth
Black sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder
Preparation
Mix the yogurt, vinegar, mustard, veggie broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black sesame seeds into a creamy dressing. Toss or drizzle over your rainbow bowl and enjoy.
