Prioritize your goals in the morning...
If you don't prioritize your goals, your day will get in the way...
That's why I'm such a firm believer in getting the most important things done in the morning.
This can be:
• 💪 Working out
• 🥑 Meal prepping
• 💼 Deep work
Because when you get it done in the morning, you don't have to think about it anymore and life can't come in between.
So, I would really recommend waking up 30 minutes to an hour earlier and just getting things done.
