Welcome to the Mental Mastery Clubhouse!
I created this community to bring together golfers who are passionate about strengthening their Mental Game—both on and off the course. Here, we’re not just learning about golf; we’re building the mindset, habits, and resilience that help us perform at our best in every part of life. The Mental Mastery Clubhouse is for any golfer who experiences any of the following- - Overthinking and Paralysis by Analysis. - Fear of Failure. - Fear of Success. - Perfectionism. - Expectation Management. - Emotional Regulation. - Lack of Acceptance. - Comparing Self to Others. - Trust & Commitment issues. - Poor Focus. - Negative Self Talk & Inner Critic. - Inconsistent Routines. - Unhealthy Relationship with Pressure. Just to name a few :) Golf might be our playground, but the real game is mastering ourselves—developing the tools to stay calm under pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and face whatever challenges golf or life throws our way. After years of growing the Mental Mastery Golf Podcast (LINK) and experimenting with different community spaces, I finally found the perfect platform to connect, learn, and grow together as one global team of mentally strong golfers. And now—it’s game on! I’m pumped to have you in the Mental Mastery Clubhouse community. Dive in, connect with others, share your story, and let’s build something truly powerful—together.

A place to introduce yourself. Here Goes :)
So a little about me- In my teenage years, I was an elite tennis player, ranked inside the Top 30 in Australia as a junior. But my Mental Game was the one thing that held me back from reaching my full potential. When I transitioned into competitive golf in my early 20s, those same patterns started to appear again. At 20, I launched my own Tennis Academy—and that’s when I caught the golf bug. After a back injury ended my tennis career, golf became both an outlet and a new challenge. I picked up the game quickly, dropping my handicap to 2 within two years and competing in amateur tournaments around Australia. But once again, under pressure, those same destructive mental patterns began to surface. After working with several Sports Psychologists with limited success, I turned inward—diving deep into the study of the human mind and cognitive behaviour. I was preparing for the Australasian Tour School when I ruptured two discs in my lower back. The injury left me lying flat for 15 months, and I was told I might never play golf again—or even walk without a stick. That was the turning point. I went all-in on my mental training, applying everything I’d learned about mindset, focus, and recovery. After eventually undergoing back surgery, I came back stronger—back to playing golf, tennis, and any sport I wanted. That experience proved to me the power of the mind and the importance of training it just like any other muscle. That’s when Dare2Dream Mental Performance was born. Over the past 23 years, I’ve been fortunate to coach PGA Tour and European Tour winners, a US Amateur Champion, Olympians, Commonwealth Games athletes, AFL players, and C-suite executives across Australasia and the USA. Helping others reach their potential—and enjoy the journey along the way—is what drives me every single day. I couldn’t be more excited to have you here in the Mental Mastery Skool community. Let’s grow, learn, and master the mental game together! PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN A COMMENT BELOW:)
