After a hiatus from the gym, have been comparing workout routines to get back on top of it. Kinobody looks like a great option for most guys, but yet to fully try any of his programs.
What are the off-the-shelf, or custom workout routines that have worked best for you, what were your fitness goals when taking them on, and how effective and efficient were these programs at delivering on your goals ?
